Welcome Back:

The City of Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department is happy to invite the public back to the art galleries by appointment only.

Blanche Ely House Museum has been working diligently to welcome you back, including: performing deep cleanings of each venue, providing hand sanitizer stations, displaying clear social distancing signage, and requiring all staff to be screened before entering the building and wearing masks at all times.

The public can now book an appointment online to view the exhibitions on gallery walls at all venues. You can also access virtual tours and virtual artist talks for ongoing exhibitions.

About Blanche Ely House Museum:

The Blanche Ely House Museum reopened in March 2019, under the auspices of the Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department. The former home of the renowned educators Blanche and Joseph Ely was restored and is now a thriving venue showcasing the significant social and cultural milestones of Pompano Beach’s Northwest Community, while also serving as active cultural hub offering a variety of artmaking and storytelling workshops.
