The Season of Beethoven: South Florida Chamber Ensemble

The Season of Beethoven is a series of 6 concerts taking place between October 2014 and February 12, 2015. Early classical music performances across the state of Florida included the classical era composers like Mozart and Beethoven. Although the exact repertoire of the first concert in Broward County are not known, it is likely that Beethoven's music was on the program. Each concert focuses on the emotions behind the compositions and brings multiple art forms together.

Two local groups join our community in a program of final operas. The oldest gay men's chorus in Broward, the Fort Lauderdale Gay Men's Chorus joins solo singers from the opera program at FAU. Hear about the inspiration behind final operas.
