A Theater Arts program for Middle and high school students age 10 – 17 years that challenges students’ creativity and critical thinking skills culminating in a public performance. Sankofa, a word in the Twi language, is usually connected with going back and getting your history. “The Colors” are a variation of people. We have different shades of skin and culture and, regardless of race, participants will be able to connect with themselves and their history through the art of Acting.
