The Painting Party for the "REMOVING THE TRACKS" project in Hallandale Beach is one of the culminating events for a city-wide, year-long arts engagement project designed to strengthen the community and bridge the demographic divide. Residents are invited to help artist Cecilia Lueza paint panels that will serve as a backdrop for an upcoming performance and later installed in one of the city's parks as permanent public art.
