Learn how to brew your own kombucha safely, cheaply, and deliciously.

Kombucha is more than a recent fad. Kombucha (or, fermented tea) has been brewed and consumed since at least 330 B.C.E. Kombucha was considered cure-all. It definitely has its health benefits going for it.

The speaker, Manny Arocho, librarian at Broward County Library, shares that he has been  brewing kombucha for three years. The Do’s and Don’t of proper handling and techniques. such as checking the pH (acid) level, choosing bottling containers, and the best flavorings.  Learn the basics
