Florida Bounty

City of Pembroke Pines Glass Gallery, under the direction of Art Curator Benoit Menasche, proudly presents the “Florida Bounty” art exhibit.  The opening reception, which is hosted by the Arts and Culture Advisory Board, will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 from 7:00-9:00 pm., at the Glass Gallery in the Pembroke Pines City Hall, 10100 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines.

“Florida Bounty” exhibit showcases the flora, fauna, and aqua, of our state.  Come and enjoy the works of the best of our local artists glorifying the beauty of Florida.  Artist and educator Phillip Mann will present some of his paintings of Everglades and inform us how to save the Everglades and its resources.  You will be inspired by the talents and level of creativity of such artist as Clara Hada, Carol Mills, JoAnn Heyer, Becky Blackwood, Jeff Oakes, Jane Collins, just to name a few.  This exhibit is an explosion of nature filled with flowers, birds, sunrises and sunsets. 

At the reception you will be able to meet, talk, and question all the artists, and enjoy entertainment by singer Al Matos.  Complimentary wine and light hors d’oeuvres, sponsored by the City of Pembroke Pines Arts and Culture Advisory Board and Recreation and Cultural Arts Department, will be served.
