Flamingo Fest

Celebrate the great pink bird and Florida kitsch at Flamingo Fest 2019! Flamingo inspired art by local artists is exhibited throughout the botanical gardens along with flamingo inspired arts & crafts vendors, retro music, entertainment, food, contests and more.

The centerpiece of Flamingo Fest 2019 is the Fabulous Flamingo Contest, where artists display their creatively decorated pink flamingo yard ornaments throughout the botanical garden and guests are invited to vote for their favorite. In the gallery, the exhibition “A Flamboyance of Flamingos” features the photos of local artists. Sunday, January 20, features The Annual Quick Draw Outdoor Event hosted by the Broward Art Guild. Throughout the day, catch live entertainment, “flamingo” street performances and more. Wear your favorite flamingo attire for a chance to win prizes!
