El último vuelo de Matías Pérez es una colaboración internacional entre El Ingenio Teatro de Miami y el Teatro Cabecas de Portugal. El proyecto es el estreno mundial de una obra bilingüe que incorpora actores, músicos e imágenes multimedia sobre el singular piloto aficionado de globos aerostáticos de Portugal. Matías Pérez. Su desaparición le valió un lugar en la historia y la cultura popular cubana, convirtiéndose en símbolo de audacia e invención.
