Broward Women's Chorus presents "Sing Me Love Songs"

Broward Women’s Chorus will perform its spring concert, Sing Me Love Songs, at the Skolnick Center on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 7:30pm.  The show has something for everyone.  It’s a fun mix of nostalgic oldies (As Time Goes By), romantic Broadway favorites (If I Loved You), and popular songs from the rock era (Put a Little Love in your Heart).  BWC has been entertaining audiences in South Florida since 1972.

BWC is directed by Birgit Fioravante, a career opera singer and voice teacher and accompanied by professional pianist Carolyn Morgan. Both talented women have guided BWC for over twelve years. The chorus has 40 members and new members are always welcome to visit a rehearsal on Wednesdays at 10am at Sunshine Cathedral, 1480 SW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.  The chorus is looking for new members.  So, if you’ve been longing to sing again, but haven’t found a chorus, come and join with other women who love to sing.  We look forward to singing with you!
