Stonewall presents the iconic, feminist author Rita Mae Brown. Brown is a literary pioneer and prominent social activist who first gained acclaim with her 1973 debut novel, Rubyfruit Jungle.

An Evening with Rita Mae Brown will feature this important Lesbian Icon, writer, and activist.  Ms. Brown will discuss the importance of a free media in times of political and social crisis and the importance of literature if we want to keep our democracy.
The event will include a Q & A session and book signing. Copies of her book "Lost and Hound" will be available for purchase at the event.  Refreshments will be served.
