Soulful Sundays, presented by the Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department, takes place on Sunday, February 10 from 6 – 9 pm at the Historic Ali Cultural Arts, 353 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
Soulful Sundays is a monthly event featuring South Florida’s top performers and bands in various genres ranging from Soul, R&B, Neo Soul, Blues to Jazz and Funk. Merging local and national artist, organizations and vendors, this program creates an unforgettable monthly musical experience that enriches as well as celebrates the history and culture of the African American community in Pompano Beach.
This month’s event is open to eight (8) artists vendors that sell merchandise and art that can contribute to the theme of Black History Month. This is a first-come, first-serve opportunity. Attendance at Soulful Sundays ranges from 80 – 150. If you can’t make it this month, March’s theme is Women’s History Month and the artist vendors need to match that theme.
Vendors will receive email confirmation of the received application. Within a few days prior to the event, you will receive notification of the location of your ‘spot.’ Payments can be made Tuesday – Friday from 10 am – 6 pm at the Historic Ali Cultural Arts or the day of event by 3:00 pm.Vendor setup begins at 4:30 pm
Vendor will be provided 1 table and 2 chairs at a fee of $25
Vendors may bring their own table which lowers the fee to $20 but table must not exceed 6′
Vendors are responsible for setting up and covering the table, chairs will be provided.
Limited availability for electricity. If using electricity, you must bring your own heavy duty extension cords and adapters.
Vendors will be located inside the Main Gallery of the Historic Ali Cultural Arts
Pets are NOT permitted, except for service animals.
Approved vendors will be assigned a designated space.
