Hey Arts Calendar Friend!!!

Here are our updated guidelines on how you can take advantage of what the new Arts Calendar has to offer

Let’s Get Started

Create an Account
For exclusive content (if you don’t already have one)

Go to
Click the ‘REGISTER’ button in the top right corner of the screen
Fill in fields & hit ‘LOGIN’ button
Follow login link in text or click ‘LOGIN’ button
Enter your username/email & password

Update Your Profile Picture
Stand out from the rest…

From the dashboard menu, go to Artist > Profile
Fill required fields – labeled with an asterisk (*) – and any others you’d like to include
From the dashboard menu, go to Artist > Photos
Follow instructions to upload photo & click ‘SUBMIT PHOTO’ button

Submit an Event
Grow your audience…

Once logged in to your dashboard, go to ‘Events’
Click the ‘SUBMIT A NEW EVENT’ button
Fill in all required (*) & relevant Event Detail fields & click ‘Next 2’
Fill in all required (*) & relevant Dates & Times fields
Preview & Submit your Event
Once approved for quality, your event will be posted within 24 hours
Once your events are posted to the New site, we will be sharing them on Facebook & Twitter so be sure to follow, like & share!

New Image Guidelines
Put your best photo forward…

In keeping with our effort to ensure the most delightful experience possible, we are requesting all images adhere to the following guidelines:
1000 pixels wide at 72 pixels per inch
No larger than 2MB (if possible, run images through prior to submitting so they’ll load faster
No Text (all event information will be included in the descriptions however exceptions may be made for approved logos or event titles)
Use to compress your images so they load faster

Important: If the uploaded image fails to meet the above guidelines (or you prefer to allow us to choose an image for you), we will select from a library of high-quality generic stock images to represent your event well.
