Alfred was born in Santiago De Cuba, Cuba. He left when he was three 3 years old with his family seeking political asylum in Spain.
Once his family settled in Queens, New York he attended the High School of Art & Design in Manhattan. He was able to achieve many Artistic awards including the Mayor’s medal for Artistic Excellence. He received scholarships to the School of Visual Arts, Parsons, FIT, and Pratt Institute. He also received a scholarship to attend the Art Students League. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute. Once he moved to Florida, he attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where he received an Associate in Marketing Communications.
In his professional career, Alfred brings over 15 years of experience in graphic design, brand integration, marketing campaigns, and complex project management. He’s able to drive challenging projects with cross-functional teams to create innovative and cost-effective products. Alfred has an ability to apply custom communications strategies to diverse industries including sports, law, travel, retail, medical, education, financial, and recreation. He was the Creative Director for the Miami Marlins MLB team for 12 seasons.
