If no animals are lighted, whats the point of going to a function at the zoo? It was overcrowded and without animals to see there was very little to do. My $1 off for being an annual pass members... Expand

I have been following Ballet Etudes Company for years. They are a wonderful troupe with beautiful dancers, costumes and scenery. Their Nutcracker and Spring galas are fabulous. When they bring guest stars from New York City Ballet, it is a real treat. But on their own, they are a great entertainment value. I am so glad that they have moved to the new Miramar PAC. I won't have to schlep to Miami Beach to see them, they are in my own backyard. Their dancers are very good. Check out the new Miramar PAC, it is very comfortable, and in a very safe location. It is very convenient for me and my friends to go there. We have time to go out before the show and be home in no time. Collapse

Caught the show in L.A. First of all, the backup band for the show played itlike they owned the songs - the lineup consisted of one member of Badfinger, Flo and Eddie (The Turtles), Felix C(The Young Rascals), Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night) and under its own steam MOUNTAIN. After many years of not seeing these groups, it was like a breath of fresh air, however, the concert wasnt that well promoted here and attendance could have been better. One great dynamic was when Felix perfomed "Doctor Doctor" The room almost seemed to "float" Actually that happened with all of the songs from everyone and its hard to single out who was really the best here. Would recommend this show if it goes out on the road again. Also, with networks like SKY-TV going 3D next year, it seems like these reunion concerts would be ideal for the format, as well as going to Blue Ray 3D once it hits next year. Collapse

I've seen these guys many times and I love 'em! They're tight, they're fun and they play great music! One of only a few horn bands around and they sound fantastic covering Chicago, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Earth, Wind and Fire, etc. They also play funk, jazz, pop, soul, latin and other styles. We've brought our family out to listen to them and everyone including young kids, teens and all the adults thought they were great! Collapse
