Creative City Collaborative
Creative City Collaborative, (The Collaborative) a nonprofit organization created to build the cultural infrastructure that celebrates Delray Beach as a creative, authentic, and intimate City, is tasked with implementing the City’s cultural plan, adopted by the City Commission in 2006 and CRA Plan’s Arts Based Economic Development Program.
