Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre

The Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre is a not-for-profit, developmental center for the theatre arts founded in 1952 for the purpose of providing programs and services to youth and adults. FLCT nurtures personal growth in children by utilizing theatre as an educational tool and strengthens the community by producing quality theatre by children.

    Quarter 3 Acting and Dance Classes! Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre Quarter 3 Acting and Dance Classes! Presented by Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre at Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre January 17-March 26, 2012 FLCT's classes work progressively through a 7 or 8 week quarter, balancing learning in the art form of theatre with life skill development. We always welcome new students, who may enroll in any quarter without prior work. Classes are creative drama-based and their goal is to provide students with the confidence, creativity, teamwork, and poise to develop into happy, healthy young adults. For all our students, FLCT provides a nurturing community of fun and joy.

On February 18, 2012 guests will arrive at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina to spend a special evening celebrating the Children’s Theatre dedication to bringing live theatre to the children and families of South Florida.
