Markham Park

This sprawling, 666-acre park is perched at the edge of the Everglades Conservation Area, and boasts such distinctive amenities as the Fox Observatory, a model airplane field and a mountain bike trail. Hours: Winter: Sunday-Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm, Summer: Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:30pm.
