This annual juried competition, which is the highlight of the “Glass Gallery”, attracts and features works by the best artists in South Florida. It will be an amazing gallery exhibit. The event will showcase watercolors, oils, mixed media, photography and sculpture. At the reception, monetary prizes will be awarded to winners of each medium from watercolors to photography, as well as best of show. A special prize will be chosen from among the entries for the Annual Arts & Crafts Festival Poster, which theme will be Art Deco. Do not miss this opportunity to be part of the gathering, and to see and meet our fabulous artists. You are also invited to enjoy our entertainment by Sage McBride, a child prodigy violinist, and complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres sponsored by Costco and the City of Pembroke Pines Arts and Culture Advisory Board.

The opening reception will take place on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 pm., at the Glass Gallery in the Pembroke Pines City Hall, 10100 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines.
