In his only Florida appearance, Strong Reaction Productions presents iconic filmmaker, writer, producer, actor, and stand-up comedian John Waters as he brings his dazzling, risqué one-man show “This Filthy World” to Parker Playhouse.

There aren’t many individuals who can put their name on a resume which embodies a canon of continuous, seminal works which span over forty years and encompass nearly every role of filmmaking: writer, director, producer, photographer, and actor – but John Waters can. Bearing no shame in bringing the most taboo realms of the human imagination to the big screen in shockingly humorous and often explicit depictions of aspects of everyday life, Waters’ genius creations include such over-the-top classics as ‘Hair Spray’,’ Pink Flamingos’,’ Pecker’,’ Cry Baby’, and ‘Cecil B. Demented’.
