Opposites are often perceived as having little in common but their differences. In their show, Opposites, Body & Soul Dance Theatre turns this concept on its head. They prove that most often opposites are two sides of a single coin and all their differences create no more distance than the width of a common dime.

Watch as love and abuse dance together and happiness grows out of depression. See how acceptance can grant a person the freedom to express themselves, while the desire for acceptance can be used to imprison others with a surge of pressure to conform. No paradigm is safe when even mutual attraction is born of differences working in concert and our rivalries are with those most like us.
