Lotus Dance Studio will host an evening of Bharata Natyam ( South Indian Classical Dance) by Jaan R. Freeman. Mr. Freeman performs in the rare style and lineage of the late great dancer T.Balasaraswati. Mr. Freeman a disicple of Smt. Nandini Ramani & Smt. Priyamvada Sankar, both senior disciples of T. Balasaraswati. The program will feature items of the repertoire dedicated to various forms of Lords Siva.Mr. Freeman is one of two male dancers performing in this lineage still date.
