Six competing AIWF culinary schools of South Florida battle for the Pig Trophy for "Best Barbeque Short Ribs with Sides" Champion at Flamingo Gardens! Guests will enjoy the delectable entrees of Culinary School participants Johnson & Wales University, Miami-Dade College Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu, Florida International University, The Art Institute, and Lincoln Culinary Institute, plus additional food samplings from area restaurants and a variety of wine and beer amid the beautiful botanical gardens. Proceeds from the event will help sustain Flamingo Gardens and raise funds to support the AIWF’s culinary scholarships and signature Days of Taste programs.
