Florida Classical Ballet Theatre begins its 2011/12 season on October 15 with In the Mood, a mixed bill featuring works that set a mood rather than tell a story. Opening the program, Les Sylphides, is a romantically styled piece, set to music by Chopin. In the Mood, the title piece is new work by FCBT Artistic Director Colleen Smith that is inspired by the great Big Band tunes, World War II and Hollywood glamour.
