Honored in 1998 with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Kennedy Center Honors, composer John Kander and Fred Ebb wrote such Broadway blockbusters as Cabaret, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Zorba, and the longest running revival in Broadway history, Chicago. This is a presentation in the Melodies & Memories Series, spirited celebrations of America’s greatest songs from Tin Pan Alley, Broadway and Hollywood, conceived and directed by Barry Levitt, former Artistic Director of New York's 92nd Street Y’s smash Lyrics and Lyricists Series.
