The Over the Hill Band

Upon the death of her husband, Claire, 70, decides to reconnect with her estranged son Sid, a down and out R&B musician, by asking him to help her start a new band with two of her girlfriends from the old days. The rebel son initially refuses, but finally agrees on one condition: the band has to play HIS music. As Sid and Claire form the group and prepare for a battle of the bands Claire’s other son, the buttoned down Michel, attempts to intervene. He believes Sid is using their mother and taking advantage of her. The ‘Over the Hill Band’ must overcome their age, doubts and insecurities to put on the show of their lives.
