It's been 20 years since the opening of Flamingo Gardens Free-flight Aviary in September of 1991, one of the first displays of its kind, giving a home to permanently injured Florida native birds. It boasts over 250 birds and over 45 species, with the distinction of being the largest collection of Florida wading birds in the state. Admission Info:
The Bird and Wildlife Craft Show in front is Free. Admission to the Botanical Gardens and Wildlife Sanctuary is HALF-PRICE all day: $9 adults ages 12+; $5 children 4-11; Free for Members and children 3 and under.

This is the posting for last years event. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR IS INSIDE THE GARDENS THIS YEAR, 2012, AND IS NOT FREE ADMISSION!
