The South Florida Chapter of the Association of Indians presents its annual India’s Independence Day Celebration on Sunday, August 21 from noon to 4 p.m. in the Amaturo Theater and the Peck Courtyard. This cultural event will provide an authentic and firsthand experience of the beauty, elegance and splendor that exemplifies the cultural heritage and traditions of India through classic Indian dance and music, non-stop cultural programs, Henna hand painting and mouth-watering cuisine.
