Flamingo Festival: Classical Music of the New Millennium

FLAMINGO is an annual international festival of New-Music taking place in the USA. The Festival presents music written by Classical Composers of the late Twentieth Century and the New millennium. Composers participating are from North, Central, South-America, Asia and Europe. FLAMINGO creates a forum of cultural exchange of ideas, new sounds, and styles between composers and audiences. The Festival is a mirror initiative to the EUROAMERICAN International New-Music Festival that celebrates annually in Europe. Main performers are OMORFIA ENSEMBLE of Contemporary Music and SECCO Chamber Music Orchestra, conducted by Music Director Sylvia Constantinidis and Associate Conductor Christian Wenzel.
