Let your imagination run wild with regal performances featuring classical music’s own royalty: Toronto Symphony’s music director Peter Oundjian and critically-acclaimed pianist Garrick Ohlsson. The adventure begins with Beethoven’s tragic Coriolan Overture, changing gears for his virtuosic “Emperor” Concerto—his final contribution to the genre. Take to the high seas with Sinbad for Rimsky-Korsakov’s picturesque Scheherazade. With its sultry violin solos, lilting melodies and heroic fanfares, you won’t want this tale to end
