John Wilmerding, the Christopher Binyon Sarofim Professor of American Art at Princeton University and the former Deputy Director of the National Gallery of Art, is a highly respected authority on American art. A trustee emeritus of the Shelburne Museum in Vermont, an institution founded by his grandmother, Electra Havemeyer Webb, John Wilmerding will discuss Pop artist Tom Wesselmann in connection with our current exhibition, Tom Wesselmann Draws.
