This hands-on make and take workshop is hosted by the Coral Springs Craft Guild and open to the public. You will be creating a hand stitched felt eyeglass case that can also be used as a pen or cell phone case. What a great and fashionable way to protect your accessories.

You will learn 3 basic embroidery stitches.

Running Straight stitch
Daisy Chain stitch
Blanket stitch

All material is provided but buttons, embellishments and felt colors are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. So feel free to bring your own supplies. We will be using a pair of sharp scissors and embellishments such as a small shank button (less than an inch across), flat silk flowers etc. If you prefer to bring your own felt make sure it is at least 8" x 10".

Embroidery needles will be available for use but if you need a larger hole needle please bring it along.

There is a $3.00 fee for non-members.
