The opening reception, which is hosted by the Arts and Culture Advisory Board, will take place on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 pm., at the Glass Gallery in the Pembroke Pines City Hall, 10100 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines.
