Fanny is a developmentally disabled 39-year-old living in a home for dependent adults. Her world starts to implode when the candy factory where she works goes bankrupt. The oldest of three children, Fanny has long been a source of strain and resentment within her family. Her jittery sister Annie has spent her life taking care of her, while their successful but elusive brother Danny has thus far escaped responsibility. When the three siblings are forced by their powerful mother to reunite for a holiday dinner, everyone's worst fears are realized.

Previous to now, the most dysfunctional family I had seen on-screen was in the dark comedy LIFELINES (FLIFF Best Indie winner, 2008). Now here comes Fanny, Annie & Danny – and Chris Browns hits the bulls eye with a delicious dark comedy that evokes nervous laughter as well as an unsettling suspense. A brilliant script is magnificently performed by a virtuoso cast – under the inspired orchestration of writer/director/editor Brown.
