Eleanor Roosevelt Democratic Club is committed to promoting cultural diversity by supporting the arts. Fashion Forward will showcase local artists and show how art saves lives.

(InSIDE)/OUT! - Art as healing therapy is the exhibit that will be on display at Art Serve. The art will reflect on the value of the arts in positively shaping the lives of all individuals and show how this value transcends into one of the largest segments in our population - people living with disabilities.

Local artists such as Somy Ali founder of No More Tears and So Me Designs will display their work. Somy is committed to saving the world one shirt at a time, by raising awareness through fashion that expresses peace and harmony and empowering the powerless. So Me Designs contributes 10% of it's profits to No More Tears an organization that has to date saved 39 women from domestic abuse.

Ashanti, Fort Lauderdale's cultural dance company named after a royal West African Tribe known for its cultural richness and diversity, founded in 1990 by Ms. Linda Houston-Jones will host a dance performance not to be missed.
