A Midsummer Night’s Dream is William Shakespeare’s most playful, whimsical and fantastic play which stages the workings of love in ways that have fascinated generations of playgoers. It’s language is rich in imagery and delightful to hear. It is a play packed with a bounty of extravagant and buoyant characters, who transport the audience to a world of imagination as the characters confront us with mysterious images of romantic desire. This play has been called “Perfect Summer Theatre.”
