These dances are sometimes called Sufi Dances. It is a meditative, slow moving circle dance. If you can walk, you can dance. Each dance is fully explained and easy to learn, being mantra like and repetitive. Dancers sing and move together repeating Spiritual Truths and entering into Heart Space. It is a wonderful experience of opening the heart and unity consciousness.
