This event is a children's book signing by author Sally Singer in the Gift Shop at Flamingo Gardens. Which Hat Will I Choose? enriches the imagination of young children. Each day a new hat changes a child's make-believe world. All children love to dress up and imitate. Role playing not only intrigues, but teaches children about the larger world around them. This book introduces different types of careers as well as the days of the week. Even the youngest children will enjoy the beautiful illustrations and rhymes. Author Sally Singer, has a B.S. in Education, taught preschool and elementary school for 20 years, and has written many stories for her six grandchildren. Linda Guarin, illustrator of the book, taught in elementary schools around the world for nine years. The book was inspired by her son who loves to wear all kinds of hats around the house.
