Flamenco in the Sun 2009 - From New York to Seville

A shared night featuring traditional and contemporary works by renowned Flamenco composer and guitarist Jose Luis Rodriguez (Sevilla) and dancer and choreographer Nelida Tirado (New York) with guest musicians from Seville and New York. The evening will open with Nelida Tirado Flamenco in 'Solos', followed by an excerpt of Rodriguez's latest concert 'De Mis Manos', praised by critics as 'one of the best guitar concerts' at the Festival de Jerez 2009. The artists will also come together in a new collaboration to be premiered at Flamenco in the Sun.
