The Czech Symphony is renowned for its performances of the works of Janacek and other significant Czech composers such as Dvorak. Since the 1990's the Czech Symphony Orchestra has devoted itself to the interpretation of the so-called national and international 'New Music'. Avery Fisher Career Grant recipient violinist Jennifer Frautschi is rapidly gaining acclaim as an adventurous performer with a wide-ranging repertoire.
