March 23 & 24 Tuesday & Wednesday 10:00~1:00 & 9:30~3:30 $155 Member/$170 Non-Member Susan Hanssen Instructor ‘Gold gesso creates a glow reminiscent of Renaissance-era work” Includes gold gesso. This ArtShop begins with a demo & step by step process of this different approach to painting with gouache & watercolor. Various methods of lifting out & creating textures will be shown, along with brushwork, mark making & paint application. Work large or try several small paintings. Day 1: Students will cover paper with gesso & plan paintings. Day 2: Paint, create and a critique will be held.
