 ida Classical Ballet Theatre presents Shakespeare's\, A Midsummer Night's 
 Dream\, on Mother's Day\, Sunday\, May 13th at 4pm. This special one hour 
 family performance at The Eissey Campus Theatre in Palm Beach Gardens is a
  gift to our community offered at a $10 ticket price affordable for everyo

 8235.\n\nA Midsummer Night's Dream is based on William Shakespeare's enter
 taining story of mortals and fairies\, adventures\, misadventures\, love a
 nd magic.\nWith themes of reality versus illusion\, change versus constanc
 y\, the ballet displays love and all of its intricacies. It will take you 
 to forests inhabited by King Oberon (ruler of the fairy kingdom)\, his que
 en\, Titania\, and the mischievous Puck. A Midsummer Night's Dream is sure
  to delight audiences of all ages.\n\nUnderscored by Mendelssohn's music\,
  company members Lily Ojea and Rogelio Corrales will dance the leading rol
 es of Titania and King Oberon. Ensemble member Millie Isiminger will play 
 the role of Puck. Dance students from Florida Classical Ballet Theatre's b
 allet school\, The Esther Center\, will perform as fairies and rustics. \n
 \nGreg Stepanich of Palm Beach Arts Paper described the FCBT's production 
 of A Midsummer Night's Dream as a &ldquo\;thoroughly entertaining afternoo
 n&rdquo\;. Adding to the charm of the ballet\, this family oriented perfor
 mance will include a mixture of the company's seasoned professional dancer
 s as well as its younger company members and students. Additionally Mr. St
 epanich commented on Artistic Director\, Colleen Smith's ability to includ
 e younger and older troupe members and still demonstrate a &ldquo\;thoroug
 h\, deep discipline that let viewers take in the broader visual aspects of
  its work: precisely designed\, colorful costumes\, plenty of movement wit
 hout mania&rdquo\;.\n\nFounded in 2001 to give local dance students and ar
 tists the opportunity to perform in full-length classical ballet productio
 ns\, Florida Classical Ballet Theatre (FCBT) is now the only local profess
 ional ballet company in Palm Beach County. FCBT is a not for profit 501(c)
 3 organization dedicated to preserving the art of classical ballet\, enric
 hing our community through the beauty of ballet and impacting young lives
