 rts Fellowship Awards.\nThe recipients were selected during a two-tier pan
 el process which included the participation of regional and national arts 
 experts. Selection by the regional panel was anonymous and based solely on
  the quality of the artists' work as evidenced by digital images\, slides\
 , or video/films submitted. The regional panel included: Francie Bishop Go
 od\, Visual Artist\, 2010 SFCC Recipient\, Broward\; Wendy Blazier\, Senio
 r Curator\, Boca Museum of Art\, Palm Beach\; Denise Delgado\, Miami-Dade 
 Public Library System\, Miami-Dade\; Irvin Lippman\, Executive Director\, 
 Museum of Art\, Fort Lauderdale\, Broward\; Rene Morales\, Associate Curat
 or\, Miami Art Museum\, Miami-Dade and Glexis Novoa\, Visual Artist\, 2010
  SFCC Recipient\, Miami-Dade. The regional panel forwarded their recommend
 ations to the national panel\, which included: Dina Deitsch\, Associate Cu
 rator\, DeCordava Sculpture Park and Museum\, Lincoln\, MA\; and Cheryl Ha
 rtup\, Chief Curator\, Museo de Ponce\, Ponce\, Puerto Rico. The exhibitio
